Sanam is Manchester’s oldest and most original Pakistani Restaurant. Originally founded in 1963 by Haji Abdul Ghafoor Akhtar as the Multan which later became Shezan. Haji Sahib finally settled with the name ‘Sanam’ – meaning ‘the loved.
After 50 years, Sanam Sweet House and Restaurant is firmly established as one of the finest Pakistani Restuarants in the UK and a symbol of authenticity and excellence when it comes to Pakistani cuisine and traditional sweets.
The Sanam Restaurant on Wilmslow Road boasts lavish interior and exterior décor and delicious, aunthentic freshly prepared food. The ground floor boasts a state of the art mithai counter with over 50 different freshly made mithai’s including garma garam juicy jalebi.
Besides an ‘a la carte’ menu prepared by expertly trained chefs, Sanam also now offers a new ‘All you can Eat Buffet’. The buffet menu Includes favourites such as Masala Fish, Hot n Spicy chicken soup, Seekh Kebab, Nihari, Haleem and many more mouth watering dishes.
